Juvéderm is the latest dermal filler advance from Allergan, the makers of Botox Cosmetic.  Juvéderm consists of a hyaluronic acid, a naturally occurring substance in the body. Hyaluronic acid provides volume and fullness to the skin by filling the space between collagen and elastin fibers, replenishing the natural support layers lost with aging.

This is the only hyaluronic acid that is FDA approved to last up to a year.  The product is infused with lidocaine, a medication used for numbing, to improve comfort during the procedure.
